1. Can I travel anywhere in the country?

Cielo Azul offers access to a large part of the country. Cielo Azul is a travel advisor, and will tell you if access is possible and if so, in what type of vehicle.

2. Does Cielo Azul offer transportation service outside of Costa Rican territory?

Yes, Cielo Azul can take you beyond Costa Rica’s borders.

3. Can I organize a bus according to the particular needs of an event?

Once we know exactly what you want, we can make your event a reality with just 12 hours of lead time.

4. How long will it take for you to give me an estimate on the services I need?

Cielo Azul will answer you with an estimate for the services you request within 24 hours.

5. Which services can Cielo Azul offer me during my trip?

6. Do drivers have the proper documentation that allows them to drive legally?

All drivers with Cielo Azul Tourism Transportation have their C2- class license that allows them to work as professional drivers in tourism.

7. Do the buses have restrooms?

Only the larger buses are equipped with restrooms.

8. Have your drivers been trained in working with restricted physical handicaps?

Our drivers and staff have been certified by the National Council of Rehabilitation in order to provide services to persons with disabilities.
